Grief Registry Download
A personalized way to let your village know exactly what sort of help you need.
The Grief Registry is a simple, compassionate tool that helps grieving people communicate what support actually feels helpful — without having to explain themselves over and over again.
Too often, friends want to help but don’t know how, and grievers don’t have the energy to ask. This printable registry bridges that gap.
The first page includes thoughtfully worded examples across common categories of support — like food & drinks, quality time, acts of service, and emotional support — that the griever can simply check off. The back side is intentionally left open, with the same categories, so it can be fully customized to reflect changing needs.
This free registry can be downloaded by a griever to share with their support circle. Alternatively, it can be used by a friend or loved one as a gentle offering — paired with a note that says:
“At any time, you can check off where you could use some extra support. Hand it back to me, and I’ll be there.”
No pressure. No timelines. Just a clear, human way to say: I want to show up for you — in a way that actually helps.
